On Sunday after the Fall Festival we took a quick random trip to Wal-Mart to see if Halloween candy was on sale. It was, but there wasn't much good stuff left. So we looked around the rest of the food section...and found peppermint ice cream! At home the peppermint ice cream only comes out near the end of November or the start of December. Our family loves that kind of ice cream and we always stock up when we see it. So, naturally, Bryn and I grabbed a carton of peppermint ice cream. Today was the first time I actually dug in and ate some. It was awesome. I recommend it!
PS - Not sure where all the food posts are coming from, but they're making me hungry.

ReplyDeleteThere's an ice cream store near the place where I worked this summer that sold peppermint ice cream year round. It was the manager's favourite.
