Freaking out

So this evening Davis and I met with our professor for two more hours. We thought we'd got a lot more stuff done than yesterday, especially with the numbers (thanks to my amazingly, awesome business-educated father). Then we showed our professor and he had a lot of questions about why we picked certain numbers and why we hadn't put other ones. I had no good answers and neither did Davis. Yeah, we're comm. majors, what do we know about numbers and percents and finances and all that stuff that is in a totally different world than we live in?? So in the end, we worked out a bunch of numbers and then all of a sudden our projected loan-repayment went negative. Our numbers were like $2 million in debt. And we didn't have any idea how it happened or how to change them back. Our professor thought it was stuff that we did, but I knew for sure that when we came in to the meeting those numbers were not in the negative and were working out well. So then I had to leave to go to my friend's senior harp recital. So now Davis and I are going to work with my dad on fixing those numbers and finishing up this horrible business plan simulation. I can't wait for tomorrow at 9:15 a.m. when we're going to be done with our presentation.
