Orchestra tour

We're going on a day orchestra tour to North Carolina today. We're loading the bus at 8:30 a.m. and leaving at 9. That's early for a Saturday, but not as early as we were supposed to be leaving. The original plan was to leave at 6 a.m. and play for a church service and then do a concert at Fletcher Academy in the afternoon before coming back to campus. Well, there's been rock slides on the two main routes to get to that area of North Carolina a few weeks ago, I guess, so Mrs. Minner cancelled the church service and now we can leave later to just do the afternoon concert with the choirs from Fletcher Academy and Mt. Pisgah Academy. I guess I should get going so Bryn and I don't miss the bus. I have a feeling the tour won't be our most interesting one ever. Danielle is gone to Cleveland to visit a grad school and Jonathan is in the Nashville area on I Cantori tour. Oh well, Bryn and I are planning to sit together and have a blast. Get ready for the Q. girls, North Carolina!
